My current client book is full for individual one-on-one health coaching sessions.

The Fear to Freedom online course is currently open for enrollment.

The online course is a self-paced program consisting of 8 video training modules, worksheets, guided meditation and visualization exercises.

The Fear to Freedom online course is right for you if:
1. You are ready to embrace freedom from yo-yo dieting, food rules, food anxiety, obsessive clean eating, orthorexia, binge/restriction and negative body image
2. You are motivated to start your journey towards healing and recovery to become the best version of yourself.
3. You are willing to do the work to form new behaviors and patterns of thinking vs. acting from old beliefs around your relationship with food and your body.

  • Determine what is standing in the way of accomplishing your goals (eating the wrong foods, food rules, stress/emotional eating, binge/restrict cycle, etc.) and treat the root cause versus just the symptoms

  • Establish your health goals and create an actionable plan to achieve them

  • Discover how to eat intuitively and choose the right food for your unique body

  • Develop new eating and lifestyle habits that eliminate the need to diet or count calories

  • Reset your cravings and shift your mindset by understanding how food makes you feel

One on One Health Coaching

CURRENT CLIENT BOOK IS FULL.

Each health coaching program is tailored just for you with what goals you want to accomplish for your health, and what works best for your body and lifestyle. I offer monthly programs as well as individual sessions depending on what works best for you and your goals.

Before your initial session a new client form is completed by you, in which we review your current eating habits and health goals. 

In your INITIAL CONSULTATION, we assess your current lifestyle, concerns and goals to create a tailored plan just for you.

In your FOLLOW UP SESSIONS, I suggest the top 1-3 diet or lifestyle changes that will move you towards reaching your goals. Together you build on habits from the prior session with fun “homework” assignments to complete in between sessions. You will also discuss your progress, troubleshoot if needed, and I will educate you on new topics with another set of actions to focus on.

You will be held accountable to your goals and commitments, and given the support and guidance you need to follow through. 

You will receive various handouts, worksheets, recipes and tailored recommendations for your specific goals.

In your final session, you and I will assess your progress, and you’ll leave with recommendations to maintain what you’ve achieved for a lifetime of good health!

1 Month INTENSIVE– 3 sessions
($675, one time payment)
3 Month RESET – 6 sessions
($425 per month)
6 Month OVERHAUL– 12 sessions
($375 per month)

Individual Sessions:
$295
for 1 hour initial consult
$250 for 50 minute follow up sessions
$150 for 25 minute follow up sessions

All monthly programs include the following:
- Unlimited access to me via email
- Handouts, worksheets, recipes and tailored recommendations
- The 10-Day Balanced Gut Reset*
